Weekly Me MADE WELL coaching guides you through the process of deconstructing long-held beliefs about yourself, the people around you, and God. We will interrogate the thoughts and systems that no longer serve you, creating space to examine and heal from the effects of systemic racial and spiritual trauma.
Together, we'll uncover the layers of conditioning that have shaped your spiritual identity, honor your ancestral wisdom, and rebuild your relationship with God and spirituality in a way that feels genuine and natural to you. This work is about empowerment—reconnecting with your inner truth, reclaiming your power, and stepping into a spiritual practice that reflects who you truly are. Whether you're questioning your faith, healing from spiritual harm, or seeking to integrate your cultural identity with your spiritual path, this coaching provides the safe, culturally-informed space you need to transform and thrive.
