Classes & Live Programs:
There are NO REFUNDS on digital products, class enrollments, or services.
If you are enrolled in a FREE or promotional class and receive a book or other course materials as a part of that promotion, there will be no funds given for a return.
And if you receive course materials during a trial period and cancel before the end of the program, you will be charged the cost of the materials.
Physical Products & Apparel:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of purchasing. Otherwise, all sales are final. We unfortunately cannot accommodate size changes or "change of heart" returns. We appreciate your understanding.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@allmadewell.com. Please include:
Your Full Name
Email used in your order
Order number
Photos and a description of the damage
We will respond with return instructions to ensure it reaches the correct facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A store credit valued at your purchase price will automatically be issued to your account within 24 hours of receiving your returned item.
